Return Policy

We believe you will be thoroughly delighted with your purchase from EcoInhabit.

However, if your order is not what you expected, please e-mail us at info@ecoinhabit.com or telephone us at 1.888.538.0777.

We offer a FREE domestic 60 day return on most of our products with your choice of a full refund or store credit. All we ask is that the items are in the same condition you received them and in the original packaging. We regret we cannot refund shipping charges however we are happy to offer FREE return shipping.

The only products on which we cannot accept returns are tinted paint, opened cans of wood finishes, mattresses and bedding, and custom orders of flooring, countertops, woodworking and roofing.

All SALE items are final and may only be returned if the item is faulty.

Returns are FREE with EcoInhabit:

• You can return your purchase for up to 60 days from the purchase date.
• Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
• Domestic return shipping is absolutely FREE.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.

It is important for us to know why products are being returned so we can improve our service. We would very much appreciate your feedback; it will help us be the best we can possibly be.
