If the parcel has been visibly damaged in any way, please make a note of this with the carrier when you sign for the parcel and notify us immediately (next working day at the latest so that we will be able to claim against the courier).
- Upon approval, all items unused, unworn and unwashed within 14 days.
- Returned goods should be in their original packaging.
- We are not responsible for return postage and the delivery charge on the original order is non-refundable.
- Damaged or faulty goods will be refunded in full
- Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items
- When returning goods, please obtain a "Proof of Postage Certificate" from your post office as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us. We recommend you use registered post to ensure safe delivery.
